What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. If cancelled within 48 hours, the guest will be subject to a charge of one full day rental per person plus applicable taxes on the reservation. Cancellation or delays due to weather or other reasons outside the guest control such as airline delays or cancellations will also be rescheduled or refunded in full without charge. You are travelling to resort locations with unpredictable winter environments and Black Tie strongly encourages trip insurance.

That's right, you reserve online or call them and they bring everything you need to your door. My wife didn't really understand until they showed up at our door at the night before skiing. They bring a couple of boot size variations, a few pole sizes, and make sure things fit.
When you're done, they come back by (or you can leave youf stuff at some hotels). These guys don't even have a storefront (which keeps their prices the same as traditional rental locations). We didn't take advantage of it, but they also sell the usual hand/toe warmers, gloves, socks, sunscreen, etc.
I wish I had known about these guys before. I stopped carrying my skis a few years back (they were woefully outdated) and don't know that I'll buy a new set as this is way more pleasant. "
